Founder Story Ex-advertising executive turned fitness trainer and founder, Katie Webb, started Aila as a better alternative to coffee and pre-workout supplements for fueling her workouts. She built Aila to bridge the gap of performance and wellness, starting with mixing formulas of her own in her kitchen in Chelsea, Manhattan. Don’t worry, it’s no longer made in her kitchen.
