Founder Story Alex is a second year medical student pursuing a career in emergency medicine. She is obsessed with crack climbing and long multi-pitch routes, and runs away to the mountains or the desert as often as her schooling allows. Navigating through rough terrain while climbing outdoors has given her strength that has empowered other aspects of her life. Through Climbing Threads, she aims to build a community of climbers that empowers all to strive towards their goals, on and off the wall, regardless of their orientation, background, or experience level.
