Hi, I am Dr Najwa Javed, a Board Certified Podiatrist based in Silicon Valley, California.
As a foot and ankle surgeon, I’ve treated thousands of women for foot pain and related injuries.

And as a high heel lover myself, I know that “just don’t wear heels” is not realistic or helpful advice.

Because the right pair of stylish heels can make you feel confident, powerful, and ready to take on the world.

In my work life and among my friends, I saw so many women suffering from the pain of uncomfortable designer heels — and a total lack of effective solutions on the market.

That’s why, since 2009, I’ve been researching the science and structure of high heels: how they’re designed, why they hurt, and how we can make them better— all while wearing designer heels myself.

Now, using modern technology, data analysis of how your current shoes are failing you, and my years of professional expertise, I’ve designed a line of beautiful, high-quality, high-heeled shoes that support and cushion women’s feet, but are still sleek and stylish attention-grabbers.

After years working on different designs and prototypes, I was determined to produce E’MAR heels to the highest possible standards.

So I’ve partnered with a team of expert artisans in Italy.
