Founder Story In February 2017, Meredith Brockington left her comfortable corporate job to establish a brand with a deeper purpose of supporting female artists. As a creative entrepreneur, Meredith surrounded herself with talented creative women who inspired her to found FEMALE NOT FACTORY, a brand empowering female artists, sharing their stories, and selling products made by women. She launched Sept. 2017 with nine like-minded artists who believed in her female, not factory-made vision. Over two years later, Meredith has collaborated with over thirty women across the U.S. and women-led teams to create custom designs. She launched a podcast encouraging artists, designers, and entrepreneurs to share their powerful stories - hoping to inspire and empower more women to start their own business.
