Founder Story Christine Meredith
With over 20 years in the industry as a restaurant sommelier, retail wine buyer, and global wine marketer, Christine dreamed of a more welcoming way to buy wine. In 2020, she teamed up with Daisy, a friend and former coworker, to launch Guildford Green.
She’s a wine description whisperer with a knack for making wine accessible… and endlessly fun. With a big heart and a passion for earthly pleasures, she lives for a great dinner party and will gesture her way through any wine tutorial.
Daisy Kwoh
Daisy is a first-generation Taiwanese American who spent over a decade marketing global brands including Red Bull and GoPro. After earning her MBA at UCLA, she entered the world of wine – working for a California winery while earning her sommelier certification.
She has a natural curiosity for wine. From opening tasting rooms to designing food and wine festival pop ups, she’s passionate about creating meaningful experiences and connecting with wine drinkers.
