Founder Story At the age of 16, Alyssa purchased a headband at a local ski resort and was inspired to make her own. As a mountain biker with curly hair, she was always dealing with the post ride "helmet hair". She had always turned to headbands as her solution but wanted to create a better product, one that would stay in your hair and keep the sweat out of your eyes. Surrounded by the mountains, she realized that headbands were the perfect canvas to showcase the places she loved to explore, this sparked the inspiration for the signature designs of Happi Headware. Since launching in 2017, Alyssa has worked to create a headband that has been rigorously tested on the Colorado trails to ensure that Happi Headware can provide the best product by searching for the best fabric, fit and designs.
