What if kids clothes could last forever? At Jackalo, we believe they can.

We make clothes strong enough for active kids, and gentle on the environment. Our clothes are designed to withstand long days of play. Kids wear them on repeat, and then pass them on to the next lucky recipient. All of our clothes are organic cotton and our pants are reinforced at the knees where it is needed most.

Unlike other companies, we accept used Jackalo items back in exchange for a 20% discount on future purchases. We then wash, repair and resell the items (and upcycle or responsibly recycle what can't be resold.)

Founder Story

Marianna Sachse founded Jackalo after years of being frustrated with clothes that didn't stand up to her active kids. Prior to launching Jackalo, Marianna spent nearly twenty years helping individuals and communities improve their health and wellbeing. She spent her youth as an active maker, even sewing her high school graduation dress. She is a mother of two active kids, a maker, a cancer survivor, and an American-expat living in the Netherlands.
