As a young professional in the corporate world, Melina Flabiano struggled to find clothing for work that made her feel confident and powerful. She found that 80% of women struggle to shop for work and are dissatisfied with their options. She decided to create a solution, informed by feedback from hundred of women. Her designs feature functional details like pockets and easy-care fabrics combined with flattering silhouettes and wear-everywhere styles.
