Founder Story Growing up as the daughter of an Austrian pastry chef, founder Liz Roquet had a love of coffee from as far back as she can remember. The opportunity to start Lizzy's came about after 15 years working in operations in the outdoor accessories and clothing industries. The company she worked for in her hometown of Ketchum, Idaho was relocating, which meant either leave the beautiful mountain community or take the opportunity to build her own company from the ground up. In 2008, Liz founded Lizzy's Fresh Coffee and dedicated herself to learning the meticulous craft of coffee roasting. Today, the company roasts specialty coffees and ships to coffee lovers nationwide. Liz spends weekends with her family enjoying everything from skiing to mountain biking, and of course lots of coffee sipping!
