Hi everyone!
👋 My name is Ruby, Roanoke,VA resident and the face behind @outdoor_si LLC. I just wanted to introduce myself and share with you a few of the reasons of why I started @outdoor_si
* I wanted to create cycling gear that was cool 😎 and unique. Being from Colombia S.A I was always attracted to bright colors, unique designs, fun brands and handmade products. I believe you can have your own style and show that through your cycling gear. Comfort and design are the pillars behind of what we create that’s why we partnered with @kollektivestudio to make our vision come to life.
* I wanted to continue my dad’s vision: My dad started a sporting goods company in Colombia 30 years ago. I always felt inspired with my fathers entrepreneurial spirit. He built a successful company with 0 money, during a very hard time in Colombia and with 0 background in business or design. That’s why I decided to open the Outdoorsi branch to continue his steps. 🏆👨💼
* I love biking but I haven’t always been able to use that passion for something else. Sometimes life gets too busy (kids, 9-5 job etc..) at the same time I wanted to stay in touch with biking even if is not riding my bike every day. I wanted to show this passion in other ways and this company is a reflection of that. 🚴♀️🌠
