Founder Story
Qatch grew out of the frustration co-founders and sisters Nicole and Raquel experienced while shopping online for clothes.

Specifically, there were two things they could not stand; the friction of having to go from website to website to see a variety of brands and the overwhelming feeling of thousands of products to choose from.

Nicole saw firsthand how technology was used to improve operations for fashion brands and retailers but felt it wasn’t being used to improve the lives of consumers on the other side. Raquel personally experienced the overwhelming, impersonal “suggestions” her favorite websites would generate for her and started to resent shopping - something she had always found joy in.

They refused to accept the status quo so they set out to find the simplest way to give shoppers - like themselves - an easier, more personal shopping experience.

Rather than building another shopping app, they wanted to create a new way to communicate what shoppers wanted. And they did.

Qatch leverages iMessage’s Tapback feature to capture individual style preferences across products from dozens of different brands. Qatch's algorithm uses machine learning to take user taps and turns them into better recommendations over time.

We can’t yet say “the rest is history” because we’re busy making it, but we can say that Qatch will change shopping as you know it. Signup now to see for yourself!
