Founder Story A former executive in human resources consulting, Libby has an intense passion for helping people understand and utilize their unique strengths so that they can find greater joy in their callings. In the winter of 2017, Libby took a leap of faith and entered into a season of entrepreneurship and has enjoyed the opportunity to start a business dedicated to social justice and profit donating. She continues to enjoy coaching leaders on how they can use their talents to grow their businesses and believes in the power of small and medium-sized business enacting positive world change.
