Founder Story Caitlin Nystrom is the owner/stylist of styleNmotion, her online clothing boutique built around helping women feel confident and fabulous for any occasion. Her habit of mixing prints and over-accessorizing started back in middle school!
After designing accessories for years and a few cross-country moves, she found myself in Manhattan, trying to squeeze her mid-western wardrobe into her tiny NYC closet. In that moment, she realized that she was holding onto pieces she'd never wear again!! If it was a special occasion style or something that wasn’t flattering, she needed to edit!
After a glass of wine (or two!), she purged my closet and was left with 50 comfortable-yet-unique styles that she could layer, mix and match to create hundreds of different looks. Not only could she see everything in her closet, but getting dressed in the morning was a fun and less stressful event.
That’s when it hit her, she could help other women do the same thing! styleNmotion is built on this very concept. Working with dozens of brands, each style is limited edition and can be dressed up or down. Who doesn’t love a dress with pockets!? Helping women feel confident for every occasion makes her light up, from a simple sizing questions to a total closet overhaul.
In between her favorite BravoTV shows, you'll find her walking her two dogs (Alexander and Zoey), seeing Broadway shows with her husband, and traveling the world!
