Seek Dry Goods is an outdoor lifestyle brand that focuses on creating collections of responsibly sourced apparel, hats and accessories. All apparel is made with organic/recycled materials with water-based ink - both of which uses less water and toxins than other materials. From day 1, Seek co-founders have donated a portion of sales to outdoor nonprofits in order to help maintain the land we all love through partnerships with National Trail organizations, land conservancies and youth-sponsoring groups. The brand is based on the notion of "Seekers," whom are defined as people who love the outdoors, travel and adventure and are always seeking the next thing. Co-founders, Amanda McMahon and her husband, Larry, started developing Seek Dry Goods in 2016 after a failed attempt to find a "cool t-shirt" at a popular outdoor tourist destination. Amanda wanted to bring home a t-shirt that represented their recent experience...a t-shirt that would fit her, had an inspired design, wasn't stiff virgin cotton and wouldn't cost over $30. The couple discovered a miss in the market for responsibly-sourced, quality-designed outdoor-lifestyle apparel at an affordable price. With their backgrounds in retail and marketing, Seek Dry Goods (or just SEEK as they like to call it) was born. Seek may be based in Milwaukee, WI, but its ethos is inspired by its co-founders passion for mountains, forest, water, desert and the variety of outdoor activities/sports those places inspire.
