Founder Story Founder Kathryn Dickinson has worked in the beauty industry for most of her career. As the VP of Marketing and Sales for an international beauty brand that she helped scale, she had experience working with most major retailers in the business. When her own personal health journey led her to clean beauty 15 years ago, there was no place to shop for clean beauty and the discovery process was frustrating - often fraught with green washing and misleading advertising. Kathryn realized that she was the one that needed to bring her experience and passion for curating clean beauty to retail and created AILLEA.
