Founder(s), CEO and/or President Jen Loofbourrow
Jen Loofbourrow is the founder and designer behind Alpine Fit, a women-led adventure apparel brand rooted in Alaska wilderness and now thriving in the Pacific Northwest. A lifelong hiker, traveler, and fabric-technology nerd, she started Alpine Fit to solve the real problems women face outdoors: inconsistent fits, sweaty fabrics, and layers that just don’t keep up.

Jen leads with curiosity, creativity, and a no-nonsense love for technical details. With a background spanning materials development, lingerie retail, and women’s outdoor apparel, she’s obsessed with inclusive fit options, odor-fighting performance fabrics, and creating pieces that are as beautiful as they are functional. From pattern development to wear tests to chatting with customers at events, she brings a caring, grounded, people-first approach to everything she does.

Her goal? To help women step into their adventures feeling confident, looking dialed, and wearing apparel that finally performs as hard—and as beautifully—as they do.
