Founder Story Chef Jilly Gossett began giving the gift of her Mexi Mocha Chocolate Sauce at Christmas in 2007. The list grew longer every year and after hearing "you should sell this stuff!" she finally took the leap in December of 2016. By then, she had added two culinary salts to her gift giving and the adventure of Bella Salt & Sauce began.
Jilly's other passion - beyond cooking, dining, entertaining and crafting sexy cocktails - is her love of the outdoors and all things Mountains! Specifically, snowy mountains. Jilly has been teaching/coaching alpine skiing for more years that she cares to admit. She is super honored to be starting her 26th season as a snow pro this Winter. You can find her mostly at Beaver Creek Resort.
