Black Sisters in STEM is on a mission to unleash the global brilliance of Black women in STEM. To do this, we are building the largest globally distributed network of Black college women in STEM careers through portfolio building, mentorship and technical upskilling at scale. We help Black college women breaking into STEM careers share, learn, and get hired. We have the potential to be the largest talent network and skills database of Black women in STEM globally.

Achievement is in Diana Wilson’s DNA ! Diana Wilson is a vibrant, articulate, and highly successful 26-year-old social entrepreneur, storyteller, ex- Googler, professional development coach, activist and global speaker. She was recognized as the 'Next Black Female Mark Zuckerberg' & “Female Innovator of The Year” (2021) via Face2Face Africa and Africa Tech Festival. She has gone viral for her achievements via MTV and LinkedIn. She is the product of a diligent single mother, prayer and a constructive community of Newark, NJ.

As the founder and lead servant at Black Sisters in STEM, she is on a mission to build the largest talent pipeline of Black college women in STEM careers globally. In order to systematically address the racial wealth gap and create generational socio-economic growth. The first of its kind in the world. Diana is preparing the next generation of Black female leaders with culture competency, technical skillset and inclusive leadership skills to meet the demands of the emergent workforce. As a global women development skills center, Black SiS trains Black women across the diaspora while also giving them opportunities to work with renowned Fortune 500 companies. Under Diana’s leadership, Black SiS built an ecosystem composed of ~7k women in 12 countries and over 50 markets in Africa with representation from every region in Africa. Our base represents 30+ universities and 50+ organizations and companies globally. We have taken 650+ young African women through our 1yr intensive accelerator, with 90% job placement rate. All in just 3 short years.

Diana brings a diverse set of both corporate and nonprofit experience to the table. She’s worked with Google, Bank of America, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, Google, JP Morgan Chase & Co., etc. She is a proud alumni of University of Virginia, #1 public university. With roots in her hometown of Newark, New Jersey Diana has traveled to 11 countries within 4 different continents on a full scholarship. Her travels span from South Africa to France.
