We are a small, craft brewery in Southern California brewing French pilsners, chocolate coffee stouts, and a trappist-style Dubbel.
Founder Story On a family trip to France in 2017, we discovered a crisp, refreshing French pilsner that was unlike anything we tasted back home. Cindy spent the rest of that summer (and the subsequent years) brewing, learning about the French biére de garde tradition, researching yeast and French hops, until we finally made something that resembled that sunny French beer Carl purchased so many years ago. Our product portfolio now includes two other beers that we love drinking but our hearts will always have a special place for French pilsners.
