As a female business owner and entrepreneur, Carrie Morey created Callie's Charleston Biscuits in 2005 with the goal of making her mothers buttery made-by-hand biscuits available across the United States. And over 15 years later, Callie's Charleston Biscuits is recognized as the "biscuit of the south" with national retail exposure, four Callie's Hot Little Biscuits eateries located in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, with a cult following.
