Coalition Snow

Coalition Snow is a revolutionary women-owned and operated ski and snowboard company. We build the gear and the communities that unleash skills and expand experiences. We were founded in 2014 in response to the industry's go-to strategy of "shrinking and pinking" of women’s skis and snowboards and relegating women to the sidelines. We knew we deserved better and we wanted more.

So we took things into our own hands, found some of the best builders around, and started to design skis and snowboards that would make every single powder day or park lap just that much better.

Not only do we make exceptional equipment, but we put our values front and center.

We stand up for what matters and aim to make a positive impact in the world of snowsports and beyond. And that’s what makes us different.

From the beginning, we showed up, willing to do what others weren’t willing to do. For us, there was no place for status quo, no room for hanging back, no time for waiting for an industry to make space for us.

We knew every move we made had to be fundamentally different—bolder and better, in order to get it done. Our nature is to lead, to make space where there is none, to demand more from ourselves, our leadership, and our competition. In our desire to redefine an industry, we’ve paved our path to success.
