Convers(ate)

Convers(ate) is a facilitation methodology (and dinner party game!) designed to inspire meaningful conversations. Convers(ate) has been later featured by MarthaStewart.com, Parade and BizBash as a perfect way to elevate conversation from the dinner table to the board room. Today, the founders have facilitated close to 500 conversations for groups and teams around the world and regularly speak about the power of connection and how to ask more effective questions. Participants say that the tool opens the door to deeper, more meaningful conversations about important topics and has a way of unlocking personal stories in a way that keeps them coming back for more.

Founder Story
Founded by two women with a passion for elevating conversation past small talk, Convers(ate)'s founding duo initially launched on Kickstarter with recognition as a Kickstarter Project We Love. With funding from >300 backers worldwide, Convers(ate) was born as a dinner party table game. In 2020, the business morphed into a boutique facilitation firm as founders Taylor and Mollie began applying their secret sauce for good questions to team building and team strategy conversations for corporate and non-profit teams around the world. Taylor and Mollie's story itself illustrates the power of a brief but meaningful conversation - the pair met as interns nearly a decade before they joined forces to launch Convers(ate). Their brief but powerful conversation led to a decade-long friendship and now a business that is humanizing work and transforming conversations around the world.
