Founder Story Helkin, Cecilia and Thara met with a shared passion to make evidence-backed women's wellness solutions more accessible. Having each grown up in households where naturopathic medicine was offered alongside western medical solutions, they were disappointed at how hard naturopathic solutions were to find and how expensive they were. The trio teamed up to create clean, third-party tested, evidence-backed solutions that address women's primary health concerns: the desire for more consistent energy and deeper, restful sleep as well as the ability to access health tests directly in their homes without having to convince doctors and health insurance plans to provide them.
