Founder Story Claire has 16+ years of experience working in the garment and outdoor industry, including 9+ years as senior product manager at Burton Snowboards global headquarters. Claire has experience in technical product design & development, merchandising, vendor management and sourcing.
A proven expert in the outdoor industry and a loving mother of 2, Claire founded Hootie Hoo in 2021, with a vision to design high-quality technical products that would keep kids outside longer.
Claire believes kids deserve gear as technical as adults. She believes in more green time and less screen time and protecting the playground we know as the Planet Earth. Hootie Hoo is a company built on these principles.
