KIJSCO
Our coffee grown in the mountains of Burundi, notable for their sparkling acidity, balanced with fruit and floral characteristics. All our coffee are organic, Arabica, Bourbon varieties, grown at altitudes between 1,600 m and 2,000 m above sea level. Temperature : between 16oC and 25oC Rainfall is 104.19 mm per year. Soil type : Rich volacanic soil of this region.
The general cup profil note of my coffee is : sweetness, strong acidity, good acidity, aromatic, fruit, flowers, sweet caramel, orange, brown sugar, apricot, red berries, floral, black tea, & juicy.
Process: Natural, honney, fully washed
