Ann Ragan McGlone is a former NCAA athlete turned beauty and wellness entrepreneur who built Medalist Skin to bridge the gap between performance and skincare. After more than a decade leading global PR campaigns for brands like W Hotels, SwimOutlet, Lake & Skye and Vitamin A Swim she returned to her athletic roots to create a brand that honors the discipline, drive, and recovery rituals of women who move. Combining her storytelling background with her passion for performance, Ann Ragan set out to build a brand that empowers female athletes to care for their skin the same way they train, with consistency, strength, and purpose.
