As a triathlete, cyclist, and runner, Nancy understands the critical role nutrition and lifestyle habits play in health, training, performance, and recovery. Her mission is to help active women fuel smarter, perform stronger, and feel their best at every stage of life.

Nancy is a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Health Coach (PN2-MHC) and a Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN) with a Master of Science in Nutrition for Human Performance from Lasell University. She teaches in the same program as an Adjunct Lecturer and has completed advanced training with Dr. Stacy Sims, including Women Are Not Small Men and Menopause for Athletes. Nancy is also a Menopause Health & Fitness Specialist (MHFS) and is certified in Mental Health First Aid through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. She plans to sit for the National Board Certification in Health & Wellness Coaching (NBC-HWC) in the spring of 2026.

With an MBA from Simmons Graduate School of Management, Nancy had a successful career as an executive in financial services before switching careers to focus on her love of science and coaching, and to pursue her passion for triathlon and sports nutrition.

Nancy is married and lives in Massachusetts with her husband and two rescue pups. She loves to travel (especially if there is a race involved) and enjoys cooking using locally sourced farm-fresh foods, hiking with her family, and the occasional gravel ride/race with friends.
