Our recipe blends bourbon made from the finest grains of corn, rye and malted barley with a hint of natural mint leaf and cucumber, for a uniquely smooth finish.
Founder Story The light-bulb moment happened after Ashley and Thomas attended a friend’s brunch in NYC with a bottle of whiskey to share. The whiskey spritz remained untouched next to the mimosas and screwdrivers. They're whiskey lovers, but realized that whiskey, even when “spritzed,” tasted much heavier and more potent than other casual daytime drinks. On the walk home, they questioned why there wasn’t a light, modern, approachable whiskey that would be suitable for brunch and daytime sipping. After years of testing a variety of mashbill and ingredient combinations, they finally landed on a recipe that created an elegant, soft and mellow finish - completely eliminating the fiery finish and burn commonly associated with whiskey.
