Ozean Pilates and Wellness
Ozean began as a personal journey of healing and rediscovery. After years of navigating chronic tension, stress-related fatigue, and dismissive medical experiences, founder Sarah Meinert realized that true wellness couldn’t be found in quick fixes—it had to be built from within. Pilates became her entry point back to strength and presence, while holistic nutrition and mindset work helped her understand how deeply the body and mind are connected.
That realization shaped the foundation of Ozean: a space where movement, mindfulness, and whole-body health come together to support lifelong vitality. Drawing on her experience as a Board Certified Holistic Practitioner, Certified Nutritional Aesthetics Practitioner®, and Menopause Coach, Sarah designed Ozean’s approach to honor individuality and empower people to move, feel, and live better—at every stage of life.
Through Ozean’s signature offerings—Performance + Recovery Pilates and Holistic Health + Mindset Coaching—Sarah blends science and soul to help clients build resilience, restore balance, and reconnect with the wisdom of their own bodies.
What started as one woman’s search for answers has grown into a movement—one that reminds us healing is not linear, but it’s always possible.
