Coming from an unfulfilling corporate background and recognizing the HUGE disconnect between 80% of wine buyers being women and only 3% of wineries owned by women and 10% women wine makers, Heather is all about supporting other women owned businesses and helping the next generation of girls THRIVE. Our program "Off the Vine" offers an 8 week leadership and empowerment program on our rescue horses for Foster Girls at her rescue horse ranch in Napa. All Ships Rise Together.
