Charlotte Lilley is the founder of The Retreat Co, a women-led adventure company creating experiences for women who can’t sit still. A lifelong skier and outdoor enthusiast, she grew up in the California foothills near Lake Tahoe and was on skis by the age of two. After attending Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and building a career in tech sales and marketing at SaaS startups—including the ski company Liftopia—Charlotte combined her professional expertise with her passion for the outdoors to create something uniquely her own.

What began as a single ski retreat has grown into The Retreat Co, offering Ski, Camp, and Work Retreats that blend adventure, wellness, and connection. Now based in Lake Tahoe, Charlotte designs experiences that empower women to build confidence, community, and a deeper connection to nature—on and off the mountain.
